Baby Phantom

This is the little fatty-meow as a baby back in 2008. Sometimes he still looks the same when he’s sleeping by my head, though with a much larger belly. Certainly not nearly as light as he was when he slept on my neck then compared to now.

Feather

This blog is starting to become your daily dose of Phantom. I’m positive that he wouldn’t think that a bad thing, being the little ham that he is. This is him up on the top of the cat tree, his favourite spot, no doubt just for the fact that the almighty Phantom can look down on his minions (aka me and my roommates and their cats). And on this platform is his favourite feather. It’s a wonder that he hasn’t torn it to pieces yet with the way he bites and plays with it.

And there you have your daily dose of the almighty Phantom.

Absolute Midnight

Somehow this slipped under my radar…

That has to be one of the best trailers that I have seen made for a book. Why hasn’t this series been made into movies yet? I think they would be fantastic.

While I’m on the subject of books, here’s my book list for this year (so far):

The Magician by Lev Grossman (*currently reading)
The Magician King by Lev Grossman
Abarat by Clive Barker (*re-reading this one)
Abarat: Days of Magic, Nights of War by Clive Barker (*also re-reading)
Abarat: Absolute Midnight by Clive Barker

This list will probably get bigger. Suggestions are welcomed!

Phantom

This is Phantom. Phantom likes to keep his tongue out after he just wakes up or when he’s sleepy. I have way too many pictures of him showing off his cute, pink tongue, but this one, taken by my roommate, is one of the cutest recent ones. So there you go, you’ve been introduced to Mr. Fatty-meow. Expect to see him more.

Lines in the sky

Again, today was less like winter. More like early spring than fall. I’m not complaining this time, though, it was nice. Now, if this weather is going to keep on, I would like my daylight to still be shining through in the evening. Darkness after five o’clock is depressing.

Christmas Tree

Nearly time to take you down, though, honestly, I could leave you up forever. Not just because the idea of taking all the ornaments off of you and taking you down to store away make me groan, but because you’re somehow relaxing to just look at. See you again soon.
